Paying for your site

The setup fee is $400. It is due only after you approve the design - nothing is charged before that. Design revisions while we set up your site are free and not on a clock. Your site goes live on your own domain after the setup fee is paid.

Your 7-day refund

For 7 days after the day your site goes live on your domain, you can cancel for any reason and get a full refund of the setup fee and any monthly payment already made. You do not have to give a reason. To ask, email mack@mackwestdesigns.com.

From day 8 the setup fee is earned and is not refundable.

The monthly plan

The monthly starts once you are happy with your site. You can cancel it any time. It ends at the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no partial refunds and no proration.

How to cancel

Sign in to your client portal at mackwestdesigns.com/clients and choose “Cancel my plan”. Only the account owner can cancel, and you type CANCEL to confirm. You will get an email confirming the date your plan ends.

Changed your mind? Until that date you can choose “Keep my plan” in the portal and nothing changes.

What happens to your site

Your site stays up until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, it is taken offline.

Your domain is registered to you. You keep it and renew it yourself - it stays yours whether or not you stay with me.
